Before using this marketplace, you must read and agree to the following terms.
This marketplace is provided as a community listing platform only. It allows sellers to post items for sale and allows buyers to view those listings and contact or pay sellers through outside payment services.
The marketplace, its owners, administrators, organizers, S4C, Standing 4 Causes, Stoners 4 a Cause, RunYourAI, and any related volunteers or representatives do not sell the listed items directly, do not collect payments for sellers, do not process transactions, and do not guarantee any item, payment, delivery, pickup, refund, or agreement between a buyer and seller.
All purchases, payments, pickups, deliveries, refunds, disputes, and communications are strictly between the buyer and the seller.
You are responsible for your own actions, listings, purchases, payments, and communications. Sellers are responsible for making sure their listings are accurate, honest, legal, and allowed. Buyers are responsible for reviewing listings carefully and deciding whether to purchase from a seller.
Payments are handled outside this marketplace through third-party services such as Cash App, Venmo, PayPal, or other seller-provided payment links. This marketplace does not verify, guarantee, insure, or protect any payment made outside the site.
The marketplace is not responsible for lost money, undelivered items, damaged items, incorrect listings, scams, chargebacks, refunds, disagreements, or failed transactions.
Users may not list illegal, stolen, unsafe, counterfeit, restricted, adult, weapon-related, drug-related, or otherwise inappropriate items.
The marketplace administrators reserve the right to remove any listing, deny access, suspend seller privileges, or ban users at any time for any reason, especially for unsafe, dishonest, illegal, or disruptive behavior.
Users agree to treat others respectfully and communicate honestly. Users understand that using this marketplace is voluntary and at their own risk.
Before using Seller Tools, you must read and agree to the following seller rules.
By checking the agreement box and continuing, you understand that selling on this marketplace is a privilege and may be removed at any time by the marketplace administrators.
1. Sellers must pay a one-time $20.00 booth fee before their first sale post is allowed to be listed on the marketplace.
2. The booth fee must be paid through Cash App to: $S4C2025
3. After payment is made, the seller's first post will remain waiting for approval until an admin confirms the booth fee payment and approves seller access.
4. Once approved, the seller may post items without needing approval for every listing, unless seller access is later revoked by an admin.
5. 100% of the $20.00 booth fee goes to S4C nonprofit.
6. 100% of the money from sold items goes directly to the seller. S4C does not take a percentage of item sales.
7. The booth fee helps support S4C and the operation of the community marketplace.
8. The booth fee is non-refundable unless S4C chooses otherwise.
9. Paying the booth fee does not guarantee permanent seller access. Seller access may be denied, suspended, or revoked for rule violations, unsafe behavior, dishonest listings, or misuse of the marketplace.
10. Sellers are responsible for making sure all listings are accurate, honest, and complete.
11. Sellers must include clear photos, an accurate item description, item condition, price, and any important details a buyer should know before purchasing.
12. Sellers may not list stolen, illegal, unsafe, counterfeit, recalled, restricted, weapon-related, drug-related, adult, or inappropriate items.
13. Sellers are responsible for removing sold items from the marketplace as soon as possible after sale.
14. Sellers may not intentionally mislead buyers about an item's condition, value, brand, size, working condition, shipping cost, or availability.
15. All item payments are handled directly between the buyer and seller through the seller's approved outside payment method.
16. The marketplace, S4C, Standing 4 Causes, Stoners 4 a Cause, RunYourAI, admins, organizers, and volunteers do not collect, hold, process, refund, or guarantee seller item payments.
17. Sellers are responsible for resolving payment questions, refunds, disputes, and buyer concerns directly with the buyer.
18. Sellers are responsible for figuring out the correct shipping cost before completing the sale.
19. Shipping costs are the buyer's responsibility unless the seller clearly agrees otherwise.
20. Sellers must ship sold items within 4 days of sale unless the buyer and seller both agree to a different timeline.
21. Sellers are responsible for packaging items safely and properly so they are protected during shipping.
22. Sellers must provide the buyer with tracking information after shipping.
23. Sellers must send the buyer a photo of the shipping receipt or tracking receipt as proof that the item was shipped.
24. If a seller offers local pickup, the seller and buyer are responsible for arranging a safe public meeting location.
25. The marketplace is not responsible for local pickup arrangements, missed meetings, safety issues, or disputes between buyer and seller.
26. Sellers must communicate with buyers respectfully and honestly.
27. Sellers should respond to buyer questions in a reasonable amount of time.
28. Sellers may not harass, threaten, pressure, scam, or abuse buyers, admins, or other users.
29. Marketplace admins may remove any listing at any time.
30. Marketplace admins may deny, suspend, or revoke seller access at any time for rule violations, suspicious activity, buyer complaints, unsafe behavior, or misuse of the marketplace.
31. Sellers understand that the marketplace is provided as a community listing platform only. The marketplace does not guarantee sales, payments, shipping, item quality, buyer behavior, or seller success.
